Model WD10 Weld Wire Dispenser

Specify wire diameter when ordering

  • Dispenses up to 3/32" diameter wire (to use 1/8" diameter wire, add a 6-14 Extension Shaft)

  • Accommodates up to a 30" diameter reel of wire.

  • Spring loaded brake arm keeps wire taut on reel to prevent tangling.

  • Requires approximately 5 lbs. of pull to activate a 1000 lb. reel of wire at 700 IPM feed rate when properly installed.

  • No wire flip (ensures accurate welding)

  • Ideal for manual, automatic, semi-automatic and robotic welding.

  • Can be used with steel, aluminum, flux-cored, and stainless steel wire.

Model WD12 Weld Wire Dispenser

  • Adapts to reel of wire with 1-5/16" to 5" arbor hole.

  • Unique patented spring loaded braking system regulates wire tension to eliminate wire drop and overrun.

  • Length of spring loaded arm easily adjusts to accommodate small up to 30" diameter reels.

  • Two J-Bolts attach the dispenser securely to reel.
