SUPPLIER ADMINISTRATION Supplier's truck/plant is the only "DOCK". Each area where customers receives cylinders is a unique "DEPARTMENT". Supplier then logs all cylinder shipped to and returned from "DEPARTMENTS".
CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATION Each location where cylinders are received into the building is a "DOCK". Each location other than a "DOCK" where cylinders are used is a "DEPARTMENT". Suppliers plant/truck is also a "DEPARTMENT" so customer can return cylinders from "DOCKS" to supplier. Customer then logs all cylinders shipped between "DOCKS" and "DEPARTMENTS".

TRANSACTION HISTORY All transfers between "DOCKS" and "DEPARTMENTS" are logged in a permanent archive to track cylinder movements by day, time, serial number, location moved from, and location moved to.
HISTORY
INVENTORY MONITORING Check current inventories in real time at each "DOCK", and "DEPARTMENT". Inventory monitoring can be disabled for a "DOCK" or "DEPARTMENT" that is actually an alias for the supplier's plant/truck.
